1. Background
1990: The Political Affair Office was established
08/2008: The Office of Political Affairs and Student Management was renamed Student Affair Office, including information promulgation
09/2016: The section of information promulgation was separated to become an independent unit: Office of Press and Media
2. Functions and Mission
- Managing and organizing media events, brand promotion, public relations.
- Setting up and managing official online information pages: English and Vietnamese website, fan pages and UTE forums on Facebook, UTE-TV channel.
- Coordinating with media departments of different units to produce promotion videos for the University, promulgating admission information; organizing the storage and ulilization of UTE images and videos.
