PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Background
The Project File Management Department was established on March 27th, 2015 in accordance with Decision No. 838/QĐ-ĐHSPKT of HCMC University of Technology and Education.

3. Functions and Mission:
3.1.
- Advising the President on organizing building and selecting contractors in compliance with current regulations, selecting project supervision consultants, structure insurance, independent audit, monitoring construction progress and implementation of contents in the contract, checking the quality of materials, construction components, devices to be installed as per the approved design and standards.
- Preparing inspection documents, final settlement documents, handing over and providing product warranty.
3.2.
- Advising the President on the construction management of new construction structures in accordance with the University’s general development plan.
3.3.
- Archiving structure and project documents for inspection and audit after the structures have been completed and put into use.
