Warmest Greetings from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE)!
For decades of the last half century, our university has been one of the Vietnamese universities having very fruitful and intimate relationships with many German institutions. Supports from such cooperation have helped to develop significantly our strength in education and contributed much into the growth of our current HCMUTE. Nowadays, the university is known as an excellent educational environment wherein students are trained with German-like industrial working skills and manners which have been integrated into our curriculum since when the Vietnamese-German School constructed by German Government was merged into HCMUTE in 1965. Among all universities of the Technical Education system of the whole Vietnam, HCMUTE is the leading one. Thousands of our students are working well or even holding important positions in domestic companies and international enterprises, while current HCMUTE undergraduates are the first priority that many businesses are looking for.
By 2015, our university has got up to 50 years of cooperation and friendship with German institutions. In order to show our gratitude for the very kind supports we have obtained from Germany so far, HCMUTE would like to take this opportunity to celebrate our 50-year cooperation period with wonderful German partners on April 9th-10th 2015 on HCMUTE campus at No.1–Vo Van Ngan Street–Thu Duc District–Ho Chi Minh City. We do hope this event is one more opportunity for us to tighten the available relationships and as well develop the new ones with even more German partners focusing on training high quality manpower resource and promoting product research & development for the partners.
